Demon Carburetor Six-Shooter

The engineers at Barry Grant’s Demon Carburetion were developing a two-barrel carburetor for the oval-track racing market when they realized that stacking three of the carbs together on a single induction package would be able to recreate the nostalgic appeal of the old tri-power setup. Because restomodding is such a popular thing to do these days engineers decided to take three of Grant’s compaies Demon Carburetion, Triple-D Inductio, and Rush Performance Filters and to design the new Six-Shooter tri-power carburetion for 289/302 small-block Fords.

2007 Shelby GT

If there’s one thing Ford has learned in recent months, it’s the magic that comes with combining the words “Mustang” and “Shelby.” When you throw in the fact that Ford needs all the help they these days, and you have the makings of yet another Shelby Mustang. Following swiftly on the heels of the Shelby GT500 and Shelby GT-H, this latest hot-rod pony has been simply called the “Shelby GT” and is, for the most part, a retail version of the GT-H rental car offered through select Hertz agencies.

The Ford SVT group has come back from a break in production and has created a vehicle that is certain to become big among driving enthusiasts. The Shelby Cobra GT500 has been created with a mixture of classic style and modern day aerodynamic abilities. One of those abilities is to being given the gift of 450+ horsepower, which is the highest stock horsepower of any known Mustang.
